Wait what? Beachbody is releasing another workout program. Yes they are and it is a new no nonsense program from Tony Horton called 22 Minute Hard Corps. Beachbody’s early programs like P90X and Insanity were an hour long, then they came out with 21 Day Fix which is 30 minutes long and T25 which is 25 minutes, now they are taking it to a whole new level. This program is 22 minutes a day. That’s it. You will get awesome results in 8 short weeks with these simple 22 minute workouts from Tony Horton and me as your coach.
Can you really get results in 22 minutes a day??
HOOAH!! Yes you can!!! If you push yourself hard during the workout ensuring that you put in your max effort, dial in your nutrition and the plan to the T you can get GREAT results. Accountability goes a long way in keep you on track and thats where the challenge group comes in. Not only do you get support, motivation and accountability from me you also get it from the other challengers in the group. It’s good to know that you may not be the only one struggling, or miss a workout, or slip on your nutrition. It happens to all of us but the support from others gets you back on track quickly.
So what is 22 Minute Hard Corps anyway?
Hard Corps was created by Tony Horton who also created P90X, P90X2, P90X3, P90 and more. Tony has been all over the world visiting our military members and working out with them. And what’s even more awesome about this program is that he casted real Vets for this workout.
This program is a mixture of 8 workouts that alternate between total body cardio and resistance. You do one workout a day, six days a week for eight weeks. The workouts are fast paced and there is little rest, but remember they are only 22 minutes long. The moves are easy to learn and you move quickly to the next one with little break. To the point and effective.
What equipment do you need?
Dumbbells or a pull up bar (or resistance bands with a door attachment). There is also a new Beachbody sandbag that you can use for some of the workouts.

Who is this workout for? Do I have to be in the military to be able to get through these workouts?
Absolutely not. These workouts are for people who don’t have a lot of time to spend in a gym and want fast effective results. You might be thinking but Justin I can’t do it. Yes you can. There are modifications to each move that allows you to start and work your way up. You can do this!!!

This program releases March 1st so I will start my first bootcamp challenge on March 7th. The first week we will start with gathering our measurements and pictures, set our goals for what we want to accomplish during the challenge, and planning our meals.
